Intimacy Anorexia Groups

Our Intimacy Anorexia Groups are for men and women who are dealing with a lack of intimacy in their relationships and would like help fixing the underlying causes. Creating intimacy is the foundation for deepening relationships, and without it, we cannot grow well relationally or emotionally.
Intimacy Anorexia Groups are 12-Step support groups which help members understand the root causes for the lack of intimacy, the behaviors that are contributing to situation and the best way to begin practicing intimacy. The 12 steps of recovery are a widely recognized recovery system. We take these steps and apply them specifically to fighting intimacy anorexia.

- Community members who are committed to their recovery and developing intimacy
- Counselors and leaders who are personally trained by Dr. Doug Weiss
